BARISTA

The quintessential role for those who geek out about craft coffee, have the charisma of a friendly bartender and crave the high-energy pace of working at Monarch.

Our baristas go through 3 months of hands-on training to prepare for testing out on our machines to be able to serve customers drinks. The training mindset, though, never ends. We are team players behind the bar. Meaning, that we all do dishes, we are all always learning and we are all always finding ways to pitch in and set up the next person for success.

Monarch is currently seeking one team member for this position who has wide availability, with the capacity to work 20-25 hours per week.
